🔁 Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
💰 Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The item is expired or not in usable condition
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- A photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

Our team will verify the issue and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
❌ No Refunds for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor damage to outer packaging that doesn’t affect product quality
- Incorrect address or customer unavailability at the time of delivery
